Welcome to Tiny's Herbal. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements made through the Tiny's Herbal webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Tiny's Herbal offers handmade home fragrance products, including but not limited to:

  • Soy candles

  • Reed diffusers

  • Room sprays

  • Home fragrance products

  • Gift items

Because many products are handmade, slight differences in colour, appearance or fragrance may occur. These variations are natural and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) and include Dutch VAT unless otherwise stated.

Tiny's Herbal reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

A purchase agreement is concluded once Tiny's Herbal has accepted your order and payment has been successfully processed.

Tiny's Herbal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Tiny's Herbal does not store payment card information.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union generally have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be complete

  • Be returned within the legal withdrawal period

Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.

9. Warranty

Tiny's Herbal guarantees that products will conform to the description provided on the website and meet reasonable expectations of quality.

If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow product instructions

10. Limitation of Liability

Tiny's Herbal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the affected product, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer law.

11. Product Safety

Customers should always use candles and home fragrance products responsibly.

Never leave burning candles unattended.

Keep candles away from:

  • Children

  • Pets

  • Flammable materials

Always follow the safety instructions provided with the product.

Tiny's Herbal cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper or unsafe use of its products.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos

  • Product photographs

  • Text

  • Designs

  • Graphics

is the property of Tiny's Herbal unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Tiny's Herbal processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

Tiny's Herbal shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Power failures

  • Internet outages

  • Carrier delays

  • Strikes

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
