Returns & Refund Policy

At Tiny's Herbal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning your products.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

  • Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • Be unused and undamaged.

  • Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Include all accessories or promotional items supplied with the order.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics or functioning.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot normally be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened room sprays

  • Opened reed diffusers

  • Used candles

  • Products that have been damaged through misuse

  • Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • the wrong product,

  • or an item that is missing,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged)

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products or receiving proof that they have been returned.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you return a product because you have changed your mind under the legal right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

If the return is the result of:

  • our error,

  • an incorrect item,

  • or a defective product,

Tiny's Herbal will reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your legal rights under Dutch or European consumer protection law.
